Carrie E. Kelly provides the firm with aggressive advocacy for our clients facing matters dealing with all areas of Domestic Relations ranging from Divorce and Parental Responsibilities to matters involving the Department of Human Services (DHS), Dependency & Neglect (D&N), Child Abuse, Child Support, and Contempt Issues. Additionally she is experienced in the area of Criminal Defense including; Domestic Violence, DUI/DWAI, Misdemeanors and Felonies.

Ms. Kelly's combined practice in both family law and criminal defense makes her uniquely suited for representing clients in Restraining Order matters which routinely involve criminal accusations and which have an impact on parenting time issues.

Ms. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law.
