Reggi Dineen

Reggi Dineen is an Elder Law and Probate Paralegal at The Gasper Law Group. Reggi joined our firm with over 37 years of experience in the legal field. She is the Paralegal to Catherine Seal, handling probate cases and both contested and uncontested guardianship and conservatorship cases. She has over 33 years of litigation experience in these areas as well as insurance defense and general civil litigation. She also has experience in domestic relations, corporate and criminal areas of law.

Reggi’s vast experience ranks her as perhaps the most knowledgeable probate and elder law paralegal in the Pikes Peak region. She is regularly called upon by other paralegals and by court personnel for advice on handling difficult and unique cases. Reggi often works with clients, assisting them with complex accounting reports for conservatorships and decedent estates. She does not shrink from the difficult task of creating a thorough court accounting from a shoebox of receipts and bank statements and can prepare a multi-account report that is both complete and accurate.

Reggi is a Colorado native. She attended Northeast State University in Kirksville, Missouri, in their Legal Secretarial program. She is a Certified Paralegal, having completed her paralegal training at the Denver Paralegal Institute.

Reggi is married with two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, video games and doing anything in the mountains or at a beach.
