Anneliese L. Schaaf
Bio
Anneliese L. Schaaf is an Associate Attorney with The Gasper Law Group and practices law in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate Litigation. She genuinely enjoys using her research and writing skills to help clients meet their estate planning needs, whether that’s putting an effective plan together or helping to handle an estate that’s gone awry.
A Doherty High School alum (go Spartans!), Anneliese graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs with a double major in History and Anthropology. She later earned her Master of Science in the History of Science, Medicine, and Technology from the University of Oxford, where she graduated with distinction. Anneliese received her J.D. from William & Mary Law School (the first law school established in the United States, est. 1779). As a law student there, she participated in several research projects and was awarded the William Hamilton Prize for her analysis of a complex 18th century transatlantic probate litigation case.
Before joining The Gasper Law Group, Anneliese served as a Deputy District Attorney with the Fourth Judicial District Attorney’s Office. In her spare time, Anneliese enjoys reading (especially cheesy horror novels), gardening, and spending time with her family.
