Citlaly Santana-Garcia

Citlaly Santana-Garcia is an Associate Attorney with The Gasper Law Group. Mrs. Santana-Garcia represents clients in various family matters including Divorce, Separation, Protection Orders, restraining orders, Child Custody, and Emergency Hearings. Mrs. Santana-Garcia also represents clients in all stages of criminal defense, including: First Appearances, plea negotiations, investigation, and trial. Mrs. Santana-Garcia has had experience with motions and trial.

Mrs. Santana-Garcia received her Law Degree in 2022 from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. As part of her law school journey, she worked with the Sacramento Public Defenders Office for a year. She also worked with the Federal Defender Clinic through McGeorge School of Law for a year. She managed her own case load while still being a full time student. She began practicing as a Public Defender for the state of Colorado.

Mrs. Santana-Garcia is part of the Colorado Bar Association. Mrs. Santana-Garcia is a dedicated attorney and passionate about helping her clients navigate their legal problems and concerns. She is a fluent Spanish speaker, which allows her to advise her clients in their preferred language.

Mrs. Santana-Garcia and her husband moved to Colorado Springs last Summer after graduating from law school. They have two cats and a couple of agave plants. They are excited to explore Colorado and all the natural beauty it has to offer. Mrs. Santana-Garcia enjoys watching movies and tv shows of all genres with subtitles, being outdoors, going out to eat (because who doesn’t love food?), and is excited about taking up yoga.
