Kenneth H. Gray In Memoriam

|

Kenneth H. Gray

It is with deep sadness that we share the news of Ken Gray’s passing.  Ken was devoted to his lovely bride, Debbie, and our hearts go out to her, their five children, and their entire family during this difficult time.

Mr. Gray received his Law Degree from Regent University, Virginia Beach, Virginia in 1989. He was admitted to practice by the Colorado Supreme Court, Montana Supreme Court, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th Circuits, plus various US District Courts. Ken’s publications include “Sometimes the Outlaw is Right” (2011, p. 136-140) in the academic journal The Image of the Outlaw in Literature, Media, and Society; Proceedings 2011 Conference Society for the Interdisciplinary Study of Social Imagery.

For more than 30 years, Ken represented clients in criminal, civil, business, and appellate matters, as well as probate and estate planning.  He was instrumental in the creation of the firm’s probate and estate planning division, where his wisdom and experience will endure.

Last year, Ken capped off a long career with a published win before the Colorado Court of Appeals on a matter of first impression.

His laughter, smile, and infamously sad computer skills (despite having an IT degree from Texas A&M, yeah, he learned on punch cards) will be sorely missed by our team at GLG.
